No Mess Chocolate Fudge
the best fudge ever!
350 g chocolate chips
300 ml can sweetened condensed milk
300 ml icing sugar
5 ml vanilla (I always forget this!)
pinch salt (I didn't even know this was listed and never add it!)
125 ml chopped walnuts (I never add these!)
paper baking cups (the mini ones)
Put all the ingredients in a glass or plastic bowl. (must be microwaveable!!)
Stir them together till they're well mixed.
Put the bowl with the fudge mixture in a microwave, on high for 2 minutes.
Take the bowl out of the microwave and stir the fudge mixture again, till it’s really smooth.
Spoon the fudge mixture into baking cups.
(I use 2 teaspoons: 1 to scoop about 1/2 tsp fudge and the other to push the fudge into the paper cup)
Put the baking cups on a cookie sheet and then put the cookie sheet in the fridge.
Chill the fudge for 1 - 2 hours, till it’s firm.
